motan campus is based on the concept: Train the Trainer.

The education and training programme is primarily aimed at motan employees and partners in our sales regions, who in turn pass this knowledge on to their customers. We call this Train the Trainer. A clever staggered system which has been hugely successful since its introduction and is constantly being extended. Upon request, we can also organise trainings locally – directly on-site at our customers. With pleasure also with you.

motan campus focuses on technology and service.

motan campus started in 2013 with primarily technological training covering the topics dosing and mixing, storage and conveying, or drying and crystallising. In the meantime, we have expanded our offering to include numerous product/service-orientated trainings.

motan campus sponsors young talent with motan start.

One direct benefit of motan campus for our customers is our training programme for young talented employees: motan start. Here we systematically train our young talent to be experts: this is Excellence in progress.

motan campus is making an impact – world-wide.

The training programmes and courses are primarily offered at our technical centre in Friedrichsdorf. But we also take our courses into our other regions – 2014 our Asia region was our focus with China and Singapore, 2015 more training was offered in the USA.
