Secure remote maintenance
Cloud-based connections offer maximum security.REMOTEaccess uses the Phoenix Contact Rendezvous server, which removes the need for incoming connections (outside-in). The router in the customer's network actively establishes the connection itself (inside-out). This keeps the firewall closed, minimising the risk of external attacks.

Authorised access ensures complete traceability and comprehensive documentation.Access is granted exclusively to authorised service personnel who have been pre-defined. Each remote access session is automatically logged and documented in a detailed report. This logging ensures not only complete transparency but also provides a reliable basis for the subsequent invoicing of services rendered.

Secure network restriction with an additional lockable cabinet.REMOTEaccess restricts access to the motan network in production. The customer decides when access is activated. This is done by using a physical key switch, adding an extra layer of security through manual authorisation.
